I found Paul on zillow and chose him to be my agent for the sale of my rental property because of his impressive amount of recent sales, years of experience and because his company is a non corporate, private, customer focused organization. I first met Paul at my rental property and we performed a walk through and he intelligently suggested potential repairs that needed to be addressed in order to sell the property for a good price as well as maximize the potential speed of the sale.
